To start your way to lose weight fast naturally, start by decreasing calorie intake by just 500 per day.. Excessive calorie reduction will cause problems for you. You will feel weak and unable to cope with the diet.
Drastically reducing calories will put unnecessary burden on the body. It can slow down metabolism rate and you will feel weak and tired easily. Obviously, this is not the recommended method to lose weight.
When you want to reduce 500 calories, focus more on reducing carbohydrate intake. I don’t advise completely giving up carbs. At the same time, avoid processed foods as they can cause food addiction and also usually contain too many calories.
